JENNIFER NICHOLSON

Jennifer graduated from Riverview Rural High School in 2018 and went on to attend Cape Breton University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Political Science Honors in 2022. Jennifer continued her education at the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law, obtaining her Law Degree in 2025. Jennifer is expected to be called to the Nova Scotia Bar in June of 2026.

Jennifer has been involved with several non-profit organizations including the local Youth Peer Program ran by the Educational Program Innovations Charity, as well as working at the Public Legal Education and Information Service of New Brunswick as their Family Law Student during her time living in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Jennifer is currently gaining experience in a wide range of legal areas as she completes her Articling year here at Khattar & Khattar. In particular, she has an interest in Family Law and plans on continuing her legal career long term here in Sydney.
